About the role

We’re looking for full-time BCBAs committed to quality and access to care to join our team. BCBAs will report to a Clinical Care Team Lead and reap all of the benefits of a clinician-led organization. AnswersNow is based out of Richmond, VA, but we’re a fully remote team; applicants can live anywhere in the country to be eligible for this W-2 position. Our technology and clinicians facilitate endless hours of direct therapy to families and their children with autism, who otherwise are underserved. What you’ll do
Implement clinical programming according to the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to increase socially significant behaviors and decrease maladaptive behaviors for clients
Provide remote caregiver support and training to parents and other caregivers
Provide remote direct therapy to clients
Complete required clinical documentation and review client records to ensure quality assurance
Manage and achieve specific Value Based Care objectives specific to number of visits per month, outcomes achieved, caregiver satisfaction scores.
Engage in coordination of care activities with relevant stakeholders
Collaborate with Remote Care Delivery Team to ensure client needs are met
Conduct remote assessments and develop an individualized treatment plan
Conduct remote functional behavioral assessments
Conduct risk assessments
Adhere to the BACB ethical guidelines and any relevant state licensure guidelines
Have flexible availability that allows the clinician to accommodate family scheduling needs (i.e., weekday evening availability and weekend availability)
Work with families to identify and evaluate barriers to effective care; collaborate with caregivers and clients (where feasible) to develop solutions to these barriers
Exhibit effective communication with colleagues, other providers, and supervisors
About you

Passion for supporting other BCBAs in providing client- and family-centered care
Willingness to mentor and collaborate with clinicians with varying levels of experience

Ability to establish and maintain rapport with families
Requirements
Master’s degree with a focus in Behavior Analysis or similar
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
Licensed Behavior Analyst in New York State (required) - Can reside anywhere in the US
At least 5 years-experience (post-certification) in applied settings providing both case management and staff supervision
Experience providing ABA therapy and caregiver training as well as conducting assessments via telehealth (preferred)
Demonstrated commitment to the principles of behavior analysis
Proficient and professional verbal and written communication skills
Strong clinical, administrative, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Proficiency with Google Suite (e.g., Docs, Sheets, Drive, Forms, Slides) required; CentralReach (LEARN module) proficiency preferred
Must be comfortable with the use and ability to quickly learn current technology, including but not limited to, providing sessions via a digital platform and ability to troubleshoot common tech issues if they arise (e.g. wifi, camera, audio, etc.)
