Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies, manage district relationships, oversee adoption cycles, analyze sales forecasts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure revenue attainment and product alignment.
Skills: 7+ years of sales experience, strong leadership abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce, exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, and experience in K-12 education sales preferred.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with 10-15+ years in a service-related management role; education industry experience is a plus.
Location: Position is remote within the Northeast region with travel requirements in that area.
Compensation: $137000 - $158000 / Annually

Job Purpose
The Regional Sales Director – Northeast leads the strategic sales direction and guides revenue outcomes for the Northeast sales team. This role will report to a VP, Sales and manage up to ten field sales representatives to develop and implement plans that grow revenue and expand existing relationships.

The base salary range for this position is $137,000-$158,000, however the offered salarymay be higher or lower than the above range dependent on numerous factors including, but not limited to location, work experience, skills and internal equity considerations.. The base salary is not inclusive of benefits or other incentives.
