Patient Care Partner - Nursing Unit - Per Diem

As a Patient Care Partner at our Nursing Unit, your main responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, feeding, and mobilizing patients, under the guidance of registered nurses. You'll also be expected to monitor vital signs, help with specimen collection, and ensure that patient rooms remain tidy and safe. Your role is critical to maintaining the wellbeing of patients and providing support to the healthcare team.

To be considered for the Patient Care Partner position at our Nursing Unit, you need to have completed a CNA training course or possess at least one year of experience in a nurse aide or equivalent role. Alternatively, currently enrolled nursing students who have successfully completed a fundamentals of nursing course are also eligible. An enthusiasm for patient care and compliance with CPR certification are also important.
