The Quality Engineer will be responsible for deploying and harmonizing the quality management system compliant with the ISO 9001 & EN 9100 standards across the company's entities located in France, Switzerland and the United States. They will ensure the coherence of quality processes on an international scale, thereby guaranteeing operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Initial Assessment: Conduct a diagnostic of existing quality systems in each entity to identify gaps concerning ISO 9001 & EN 9100 requirements.
QMS Development: Design and document processes, procedures, and policies necessary to comply with ISO 9001 & EN 9100, considering local and cultural specifics of each entity.
Training and Awareness: Educate and support teams on quality culture and ISO 9001 & EN 9100 standards, adapting training materials to diverse cultural and technical backgrounds.
International Coordination: Facilitate communication between different entities to share best practices, harmonize processes, and resolve quality-related issues.
Audit Management: Plan and coordinate internal and external audits, ensure that corrective and preventive actions are implemented, and monitor their effectiveness.
Continuous Improvement: Define global quality performance indicators, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives at an international scale.
Customer Feedback and Satisfaction: Analyze customer feedback to identify product improvement opportunities and implement changes to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Quality Standards Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the ISO 9001 & EN 9100 standards and proven experience in its implementation in multicultural contexts.
International Project Management: Ability to lead complex projects involving multiple international sites, with particular attention to coordination and intercultural communication.
Pedagogical Skills: Ability to train and raise awareness among diverse teams, adapting communication based on cultures and levels of understanding.
Languages: Fluent in French and English; knowledge of other languages, especially German, is a plus.
Mobility: Availability for frequent travel.
Education: Engineering degree with a specialization in quality, aeronautics, or industrial engineering.
Background: Significant experience (minimum 5 years) in implementing and managing quality systems according to the ISO 9001 or EN 9100 standards, ideally in the aeronautical sector or high-tech industries, with an international dimension.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
