You are a strategic People leader with extensive experience partnering with Go-to-Market (GTM) and G&A teams in high-growth environments. You excel in developing and executing people strategies that align with business objectives, fostering a high-performance and innovation-driven culture. You are adept at navigating complex organizational challenges and are passionate about driving change and scalability within dynamic settings.


About the Role:

As the Director, People Business Partner at HighLevel, you will serve as a strategic partner to our GTM and G&A leadership teams, driving initiatives to scale the business while maintaining our vibrant company culture. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders to create comprehensive people strategies that align with HighLevel's mission of empowering businesses through innovative marketing and sales solutions.


What You’ll Do:
  • Strategic Business Partnership
  • Partner directly with the People team and their respective leadership teams to design and implement value-led talent strategies that help achieve business goals..
  • Align HR initiatives with business priorities, ensuring a high-performance and inclusive culture.
  • Organizational Development & Change Management
  • Lead workforce planning, talent strategy, and change initiatives to support HighLevel’s rapid scaling.
  • Implement solutions for organizational transformation, ensuring agility and adaptability.
  • People & Culture Advocacy
  • Act as a champion for company culture, employee engagement, and leadership effectiveness.
  • Develop and drive initiatives that improve retention, performance, and career growth.
  • Coaching & Talent Development
  • Mentor leaders and managers, providing strategic guidance on performance management, succession planning, and team effectiveness.
  • Design talent programs that accelerate employee growth and leadership development.
  • Data-Driven HR & Compliance
  • Leverage people analytics to identify trends and drive informed decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices across all operational regions.


What You’ll Bring:
  • 12+ years of HRBP or generalist experience, with a proven track record of supporting leadership in high-growth environments, with 5+ years experience working with global GTM team with experience across India and USA
  • A thought leader with deep, strategic expertise across various HR disciplines, including workforce planning, organisation design, career management, leadership coaching, performance management and employee engagement
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that drive business success.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions that align with business goals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote first global environment, managing multiple stakeholders and projects concurrently.
  • Demonstrated success in partnering with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with senior leaders. 
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring leadership at all levels of the organization

Total Compensation Range: $170,000 - $230,000
