As a Senior Experience Cloud Developer – Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud, you are a client-facing practitioner focused on the technical and functional track, responsible for leading the technology implementation on transformative Salesforce engagements. In this role you will use your analytical and technical skills to provide objective advice and expertise, guiding clients in their Sales, Service and/or Experience transformation journey. You are fully invested in the client’s business context, clearly understand their underlying business process, providing options and recommendations in line with best practices and available technology as part of new solution implementations.

Your role will primarily focus on leading technology implementations that transform client experiences across the Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds. You’ll earnestly engage with our clients, using your technical expertise to guide them through their Salesforce journey while ensuring their unique needs are met. With your experience, you’ll design and develop customized front-end solutions within the Salesforce Experience Cloud platform, ensuring they meet industry standards such as security and performance. Collaboration is crucial in this role—you'll work alongside technical leads, design teams, and cross-functional client teams to craft innovative solutions that elevate client satisfaction. Your understanding of CRM and digital experiences will enable you to cleverly navigate complex business and technical challenges, helping our clients innovate and solve their unique problems. Coupled with your 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles and strong proficiency in Salesforce systems, you’ll play an integral part in redefining how businesses interact with their customers.
