By combining an omni-channel contact center with CRM in a single, configurable, AI-powered agent desktop, support staff are empowered to deliver rapid customer service. CE makes it possible to bring together disparate sources of customer data from multiple systems, alongside all contact channels. This enables agents to deliver seamless customer engagement.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Specialist who is looking to be part of a diverse and highly skilled team utilizing leading edge technologies.

A product specialist at IFS designs, maintains and supports functionality included in IFS products. The work is focused on interpreting and analyzing business requirements to create fit-for-purpose and enterprise-grade software. Business value, usability and solution consistency are key aspects of this work.
Someone in this role uses their functional industry know-how to design and maintain the products in a way that ensures product sustainability throughout the product’s lifecycle. A product specialist at IFS demonstrates a strong commitment to the product quality and takes proactive action to prevent issues from arising and resolve them quickly and effective when they still do occur. To participate in design reviews and to apply sound and established UX design practices and principles is part of the day-to-day work. So is defining and using design patterns, quality metrics, test cases and best practices. A product specialist at IFS also continuously expands their business process domain as well as technical knowledge and shares this knowledge to guide others.
