Agile Product Leader

Responsabilités :

  • Gestion de produit Agile : Définir et prioriser les exigences du produit en collaboration avec les parties prenantes internes et externes, en utilisant la méthodologie Agile (Scrum / Kanban).
  • Développement et amélioration continue des produits bancaires : Gérer le backlog, rédiger les user stories, et s’assurer que les fonctionnalités répondent aux attentes des utilisateurs et aux standards de qualité.
  • Vision produit : Élaborer et partager une vision produit claire en fonction des besoins des clients, des évolutions technologiques et des tendances du marché bancaire.
  • Collaboration interdisciplinaire : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques, les UX/UI designers et les métiers pour garantir la bonne exécution de la feuille de route du produit.
  • Pilotage de la roadmap : Définir et mettre en œuvre la roadmap produit en s’assurant de respecter les délais, les budgets et les priorités stratégiques.
  • Suivi de la performance du produit : Analyser la performance des produits existants et identifier les opportunités d'amélioration, en utilisant des indicateurs clés de performance (KPIs).
  • Gestion des parties prenantes : Assurer une communication claire et régulière avec les parties prenantes internes (direction, équipe technique, marketing, etc.) et externes (clients, partenaires).
  • Conformité réglementaire : Assurer que les produits respectent les exigences légales et réglementaires en vigueur dans le secteur bancaire.

Compétences requises :

  • Expérience en gestion de produit Agile : Minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans un rôle de Product Owner, Product Manager ou Product Leader dans un environnement Agile.
  • Connaissances bancaires : Expérience dans le secteur bancaire ou FinTech, avec une bonne compréhension des produits financiers (comptes, crédits, paiements, etc.).
  • Méthodologies Agiles : Maîtrise des frameworks Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) et des outils associés (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
  • Leadership et communication : Capacité à travailler avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires, à motiver les membres et à gérer les attentes des parties prenantes.
  • Analyse et gestion des priorités : Compétence à prioriser les fonctionnalités et à gérer les contraintes en termes de délais, coûts et qualité.
  • Esprit critique et résolution de problèmes : Capacité à identifier les problèmes de manière proactive et à proposer des solutions efficaces.
  • Compétences techniques : Connaissance des technologies bancaires (API, solutions bancaires en ligne, CRM, etc.) et des outils de gestion de projet Agile.

Qualifications :

  • Diplôme Bac+5 en gestion de produit, informatique, finance, ou domaine similaire.
  • Certification Scrum Product Owner ou autres certifications Agile souhaitées.
  • Expérience dans la gestion de projets de transformation numérique ou de développement de produits innovants dans le secteur bancaire.
