We are seeking an Ethics Everywhere Program Director with superior project management skills and communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a meticulous attention to detail and leverage their ethics and compliance expertise to drive our global ethics initiatives. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage complex projects, analyze ethics-related data, and develop actionable insights to strengthen JLL's ethical culture worldwide. The successful candidate will lead our ethics reporting, and training programs while continuously improving our Ethics Everywhere program to maintain JLL's position as an ethical leader in the industry.

Role Purpose

The Ethics Everywhere Program Director plays a crucial role in developing, implementing, and managing JLL's global ethics strategy. The Ethics Everywhere Program Director is responsible for ensuring that JLL's ethics program remains best-in-class, promotes our ethical values, helps our people navigate ethical dilemmas, and protects JLL's ethical reputation. This position reports to the Head of Ethics and Compliance, Americas, who has global oversight for the Ethics Everywhere program.

What this job involves:

  • Manage data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development for ethics-related metrics, including preparation of Board reports, annual Ethics Everywhere Report, and other analytics for senior leadership.
  • Lead and manage complex ethics initiatives with strong project management skills, demonstrating the ability to engage diverse stakeholders, persistently follow up on information requests, and efficiently collect, organize, and verify large volumes of data to ensure program integrity and compliance.
  • Oversee ethics culture measurement initiatives, including annual Ethics Survey, and development of ethics-related KPIs and KRIs.
  • Coordinate and develop ethics training and communication programs, including annual Code of Ethics training, role-specific training, and management of ethics-related content across various platforms.
  • Collaborate on the strategic and drive the day-to-day operations of the Ethics Everywhere program, including benchmarking against best practices, supporting senior leaders in fostering an ethical culture, and promoting a Speak Up culture.
  • Serve as the relationship manager between JLL and ethics related vendors, providing advisory support for JLL’s ethics program in client RFPs and external accreditations.

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 7+ years of experience in ethics and compliance or a related field, preferably in a global corporate environment
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools
  • Project management experience
  • Knowledge of global ethics and compliance best practices and regulations

Estimated total compensation for this position:

167,200.00 – 204,840.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
