Summer Works Staff (ICSCI: Inpatient 707)

Overview

The Summer Works Staff will work in various departments in the Institute contributing to business operations in a courteous, professional and responsible manner. Responsibilities may include administrative support, facilities support, research support, educational support and/or patient care aide dependent on the department in which the individual is working.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist all therapists as needed with patient care.
  • Clean and maintain gym and areas according to institute standards as directed.
  • Gathering materials for therapists as needed and assisting with setup of equipment as directed.
  • Other duties as assigned such as clerical, filing, assisting with set up of gym and conference rooms.
  • Qualifications

    • *Individual must demonstrate competence across all age groups due to the diversity of the children and families served by KKI.
    • *Clinical care focus is on the neonate, pediatric, and adolescent populations, as well as some adults with disabilities.

    EDUCATION:

    • At minimum, individual must be currently enrolled in a high school education program or equivalent.
