Product Manager - Supply

 

Keyloop are transforming the way our clients operate their businesses and transact online. This role sits within our Supply product portfolio, the strategy of which is to share OEM, agency, importer and campaign stock with retailers across the network, increasing visibility of inventory to drive vehicle profitability. Integrating seamlessly with other platforms, helping them to increase the level of control they have over their inventory, while streamlining their operations. As part of this we arm our customers with intuitive tools, real-time insight & automation to drive sales profit, volume and efficiency.

 

Combining UX, commercial and technical insight you will optimise our Fleet product modules which facilitate an uplift in sales performance, customer communication and ultimately customer satisfaction. Our Fleet products aim to provide complete visibility across multiple sites or a large multi-brand group. Successful fleet businesses are built around efficient administrative processes, accurate cost control and top customer service.

 

This role requires strong organisation skills especially around third-party management, as well as an ability to align internal/external teams behind a common vision. You will be regularly meeting with, and taking feedback from, our customers as we shape the roadmap. Managing expectations on delivery is fundamental to the role.

Key Responsibilities

Product roadmap development – having foresight to balance complex client requirements against wider Supply ART themes, ensuring delivery teams prioritise work that represents the highest value 

Tracking initiatives delivered against agreed performance KPIs 

Preparation of collateral/updates (alongside Product Marketing) to help embed a strong understanding across both Keyloop and our client’s organisations 

Working closely with other Product Managers to ensure continuous, optimised journeys across the entire platform customer experience  

Quantitative performance insight – working with BI/CRO teams to identify weaknesses and opportunities to improve our products

Qualitative insight – representing the voice of the consumer in everything we do through testing & research to develop frictionless experiences  

Challenge, drive and manage key partners

Work collaboratively with Customer Success, Professional Services and Support colleagues to roll out new initiatives efficiently across our client base 

Ensure Technical Strategy/Delivery teams are consulted on future developments to plan robust, sustainable technical architectures 

Act as an escalation point for platform defects, balancing prioritisation alongside other initiatives when required

Person Specification (Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required):

 

Technical Competencies

Passionate about emerging technology. An awareness of the value new technologies can bring and the ability to communicate this in engaging ways to clients and internal stakeholders 

Data-driven but able to mix statistical insights with a creative, consumer centric approach to deliver results 

Supporting/leading client workshops and ability to drive partners to improve processes

Appreciation of web development technologies 

 

Behavioural & Personality Competencies

Pro-active, self-starter  

Ability to make pragmatic decisions under pressure or escalate with options and a recommendation

Ability to paint a clear vision and instil this within delivery teams 

Excellent communication skills 

Self-organising, entrepreneurial approach to work

Ability to break complex problems/opportunities into phases and ‘start small’, iterating & learning towards a vision or goal

 

Required Experience

2-5 years working in software product development/delivery    

Knowledge of SaaS product delivery  

Experience of working in Agile software delivery environment

International project/product delivery preferred
