If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Journey Planner to join our Growth and Strategy organization.Responsibilities:• Utilize advanced content strategies, journey use cases, and audience research to develop current and future state journey activation maps for all digital channels (search, social, display, content syndication, email, and more)• Define and recommend key performance indicators (KPIs) and budget prioritization, aligning with campaign objectives and overall business goals• Continuously evolve journeys based on data-driven insights and market trends• Collaborate closely with the paid activation leads to develop comprehensive investment plans, optimizing budget allocation for maximum impact• Oversee and guide nurture planning to ensure a seamless and personalized customer journey experience• Map and coordinate activation connections to all campaigns within the organization, ensuring an optimal user experience, consistency, and alignment across touchpointsQualifications:• Minimum five years of recent journey planning experience• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university• Experience with Optimizely, Monday.com, GWI, ChatGPT (or equivalent) is a plus• Strong business management skills are required, including the ability to handle multiple projects with competing priorities and strict deadlines• Applicants should have knowledge of paid media support, as well as developing an owned content journey; candidates should have proven experience in digital marketing and possess the potential and willingness to learn• Keen attention to detail is crucial for managing activation elements, progress, and timing; ability to work independently with minimal supervision and apply business rules and concepts is important• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)KPMG complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
