This is a hybrid work opportunity.Responsibilities:• Collaborate with project teams to assist in delivery of SuccessFactors solutions by providing guidance to application, engineering, and operations teams• Act as an internal consultant; develop and deliver presentations covering ideas, proposals, standards and technical solutions to all levels of management and technical audiences• Update technical architecture to support significant architectural changes, create patterns, and support innovation in the system architecture• Design the data flows across various SuccessFactors modules and integrations with downstream and upstream systems• Lead and conduct design workshops and demonstrate proof of concepts for proposed technical solutions• Create, validate, and manage configuration workbooks, system documents as well as provide technical guidance and support to multiple project teamsQualifications:• Minimum ten years of recent experience configuring and implementing SuccessFactors Talent modules; minimum of four full life cycle SuccessFactors implementations• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is preferred; active SuccessFactors certifications preferred• Extensive subject matter expertise on SuccessFactors leading practices and industry trends within Talent Management and Compensation space• Familiarity with SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central, Recruiting and Onboarding• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visaKPMG complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
