Твої майбутні таски: 

  • Менеджити, наставляти та підтримувати команду сорсерів, допомагаючи їм досягати крутих результатів.
  • Грамотно розподіляти пошук лекторів та контролювати своєчасне виконання.
  • Проводити командні зустрічі для обговорення викликів, обміну інсайтами та синхронізації пріоритетів.
  • Тісно співпрацювати з різними стейкхолдерами щодо стратегії, кооперації, можливих проблем й аналітики.
  • Брати участь у зустрічах для визначення вимог до лекторів та узгодження очікувань.
  • Відстежувати та аналізувати ключові метрики ефективності сорсингу.
  • Оптимізовувати процеси, впроваджувати автоматизацію та інтегрувати нові інструменти.

  • 4+ роки досвіду в сорсингу, з успішним досвідом пошуку та залучення найкращих талантів з різних галузей.
  • Володіння англійською на рівні B2+, щоб комунікувати зі стейкхолдерами закордоном та менеджити тіммейтів з інших країн.
  • Аналітичне мислення, вміння розбивати складні завдання сорсингу на конкретні етапи та оптимізувати кожен з них.
  • Глибоке розуміння бізнес-процесів для оцінки запитів та знаходження ефективних рішень.
  • Допитливість і прагнення до вдосконалення, готовність занурюватися в особливості різних EdTech-курсів.
  • Орієнтація на результат, розуміння, що сорсинг — це не лише реактивний пошук, а стратегічний підхід до залучення найкращих талантів.
