Product Manager

Job Description:

Likewize is searching for a Product Manager to join our team at our global Headquarters in Southlake, TX.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing Likewize global product platforms and help deliver new value adding features, products and services. You will engage with business partners, operations and IT organizations to drive the development and implementation of new capabilities. You will help ensure new products and services can be delivered in a manner that supports Likewize’s strategic goals and financial targets.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with global commercial services partners and customers to co-develop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.

  • Translate product roadmap concepts into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.

  • Perform user acceptance testing for new features.

  • Work in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.

  • Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.

  • Work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, software engineering, and user enablement.

  • Analyze financial impacts and turns data insights into products with actionable outcomes to the ultimate customer.

  • Develop and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment.

  • Keep track of industry trends.


If you are who we are looking for, you will have the following education, skills and/or experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar field and 4+ years’ of related business experience.

  • Experience in product management, project management and/or the implementation of IT strategies.

  • Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies

  • Experience working in agile environment.

  • Proactive, self-starter with ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.

  • Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SQL, Power BI, Visio and ad hoc reporting software.

  • Ability to travel up to 15% as required.
