As a Product Manager at our company, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and to make a real difference in the way that companies manage compliance.

The Role

There are four core aspects to the Product Management role:

3: Developing and communicating a product roadmap that will drive profitable revenue growth and delight customers,

4: Planning and executing superb go-to-market plans with colleagues from sales, marketing and services to promote the adoption and use of our products and services

At Star, Product Managers are the CEOs for their areas and are responsible for the overall commercial success of their products within their markets. As a Product Manager on Star’s compliance product team, you own all of the “what” questions – what problems should we be solving for our customers, what do we need to do to win in our markets, what is the specific value proposition, what are the critical features that will meet the needs of our customers and increase their success. You will be responsible for advancing the product strategy, owning the roadmap and backlog, ensuring that sales and marketing can position the product well and leading performance-focused initiatives.

Reporting to the Head of Product, the Product Manager will liaise with stakeholders, and collaborate with our customer base and cross-functional teams to execute on their responsibilities.
