Lithia & Driveway of Montana is on the lookout for an experienced Recruiter who will play a pivotal role at our Lithia Home Office in Billings, Montana. This full-time position runs from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and involves working on-site in our modern office. Your main responsibilities will include collaborating with hiring managers and executives to identify the right candidates for various positions across our dealerships in Montana and Casper, Wyoming. You’ll create engaging recruitment marketing strategies, attend career fairs, and utilize diverse sourcing channels to attract top talent. While your expertise in automotive recruiting will be beneficial, we appreciate all applicants with strong organizational and communication skills. The role also involves facilitating assessments and guiding hiring managers through the interview process to select candidates that not only fit the skill requirements but also align with our company culture. Excellent candidates will have at least an AA degree in Business or HR and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
