Talent Acquisition Assistant

Location: Rosedale Office BuildingDepartment: Tal Mgmt/Human ResourcesShift: First Shift (United States of America)Standard WeeklyHours:40Summary:As the Talent Acquisition Assistant, you will administer the employee referral program and the administrative process for sign-on bonuses and relocation agreements. You will also assist with the administrative aspects of the onboarding for new hires to Cook Children’s. You should have intermediate working experience with Excel spreadsheets and great customer service skills.Your role is critical to expanding the Cook Children’s workforce. You will help Cook Children’s keep Our Promise to our patients and families by facilitating the sourcing and onboarding of new team members to Cook Children’s.Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates’ degree or higher preferred.• Human resources experience highly preferred.• 3 years of business office administration or Human Resources experience required.• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.• HRIS or ERP system experience, such as experience with Workday, a plus.• Critical thinking skills.• Experience with providing great customer service.• Ability to make appropriate job decisions, while following policy and procedures.Licensure/Certification:• SHRM or HCI certification a plus.About Us:Cook Children's Health Care System offers a unique approach to caring for children because we are one of the country's leading integrated pediatric health care delivery organizations.
