Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

We are seeking an HR professional with strong expertise in payroll processing to take on a dual role encompassing both HR management and payroll administration. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing core HR responsibilities such as recruitment, employee relations, and compliance while ensuring seamless and accurate payroll processing.

Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
Oversee the timekeeping system and ensure employees accurately report hours worked.
Address any discrepancies and collaborate with supervisors to ensure proper tracking of employee hours.
Takes into account special topics in payroll accounting such as special payments, accounting of company pension plan processes, implementation of a wide range of benefits
Local benefits administration from enrolment over life cycle changes to deregistration
Close partnership with internal stakeholders like Finance, Operations, EHS etc.
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
Ensure fair and consistent application of plant policies and procedures.
Oversee the recruitment process for both hourly and salaried positions.
Promote a positive work environment by supporting employees in ONE Sudarshan culture initiatives.
Participates in local global and local projects with Sudarshan’s HR Team

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist role and/or payroll processing in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
High affinity for numbers and work independently, structured and carefully.
Knowledge of labor, tax and social security law, benefits
