About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Corporate Recruiter with experience in both agency and in-house recruitment. In this role, you will drive talent acquisition strategies for corporate/business functions, and high-volume hirings.


What You’ll Do
  • End-to-End Recruitment – Own and execute hiring strategies to fulfill headcount needs across multiple business lines.
  • Business Partnership – Collaborate with hiring managers, HRBPs, and leadership to align recruitment with business goals through projects.
  • Market Intelligence – Provide insights on talent availability, competitor hiring trends, and salary benchmarks.
  • Process Optimization – Improve sourcing strategies, streamline recruitment operations, and coach junior recruiters.


Who You Are
  • 5-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Proven track record in hiring for corporate/business functions or high-volume roles (Customer Support, Sales, BD).
  • Experience in both agency and in-house recruitment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence and drive hiring decisions.
  • Crypto/Web3 experience is a plus!
  • Candidates should be authorised to work in the specific country.
