Position Purpose: In charge of supporting the correct operation of the Costa Rican Office Facility by coordinating with vendors, departments, and employees. The position handles daily tasks, addresses requests, and ensures the efficient delivery of various services to employees. Responsibilities include assisting with maintenance, building access, messenger services, and on-call duties to maintain a stable and functional office environment.

About the role:
On-site presence: approximately 1 to 3 days a week.
Intermediate planning, supervision, and follow up of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance.
Assist in managing relationships with vendors that provide a wide variety of services to the office. Supports the contract renewal process.
Responsible for coordinating Operation Processes: daily follow up of the air conditioner conditioning system, Building Management System monitoring and control, request permissions to landlord, supervise the building access process (badge and parking), monitor availability and control access badge card inventory.
Under supervision, coordinate the Office Repairs process: approving repairs, identifying urgency.
In charge of Health and Safety vendor.
Support with managing the inventory of desk equipment (monitor holder, keyboards, mouse, headphones, webcams, and chairs) and coordinating the process of delivering and collecting equipment.
Coordinate equipment purchases under supervision.
Assist in managing the relationship with the Maintenance Consultant, including maintaining records of hours, requests, and questions.
Available for On Call rotation to resolve issues that occur off-hours.
Identify areas of improvement in the Costa Rican Office Facility.
Support with projects.
Attend to and coordinate courier service requests for employees.
About you:
Education Level: Advanced student or Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field.
Experience: Previous experience in the role is not required, but it’s a plus.
English Level: C1 (Advanced)
