WHAT WILL YOU DO
  • Contribute to establishing a successful, credible, and professional recruitment model that aligns with best practices within the business
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to fully understand job requirements, ensuring smooth recruitment processes and creating exceptional candidate experiences
  • Craft detailed and precise job descriptions for open roles
  • Define the most effective sourcing strategies, channels, and social media platforms to attract top talent
  • Review applications, shortlist candidates, and organize screenings and interviews to assess their suitability and interest in the role
  • Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and their potential contribution to the organization
  • Coordinate and streamline the interview process with hiring managers
  • Foster positive relationships with candidates, keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
  • Professionally represent the organization and actively seek to attract high-performing professionals
  • Optimize the use of the Applicant Tracking System and other platforms to effectively source and recruit candidates


WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE
  • 3+ years of proven HR experience, specializing in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Expertise in a variety of attraction and selection methodologies, including sourcing strategies, competency-based interviewing, and assessment design/delivery
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever experience is a plus, but not required)
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with strong ownership and effective time management abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented mindset and willingness to share knowledge
  • Outstanding communication skills, with fluency in both spoken and written English
