We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Internal Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in our continued growth and success.Role Overview:The Internal Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee all aspects of internal hiring, onboarding, and operational management. This role requires a unique combination of strategic talent acquisition, hands-on operational management, and team development. Reporting directly to the co-founder, this position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future direction of Inventure and directly contribute to our success.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition:• Lead the recruitment process for internal hires, including headhunting, screening, and interviewing candidates for both our Graduate Academy Program and experienced hire positions.• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.• Collaborate with the co-founder and senior leadership to identify staffing needs and recruitment priorities.• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.L&D & Training:• Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture and their respective roles.• Develop and deliver training sessions to upskill new employees and support their professional development.• Organize and facilitate early team-building activities to foster a collaborative and cohesive work environment.Operational Management:• Oversee performance improvement initiatives, including the development and implementation of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).• Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.• Handle various office administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Program Development:• Create and execute programs for employee engagement, retention, and career development.• Continuously assess and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Reporting & Analysis:• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, onboarding progress, and operational performance to the co-founder and senior leadership.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.• 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, preferably within the renewable energy sector.• Proven experience in talent acquisition, particularly in the recruitment of graduate and experienced hires.• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.• Demonstrated ability to design and implement successful onboarding and training programs.• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Compensation:• Competitive base salary.• Commission based on successful internal hires employment anniversaries.• Benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.• Opportunity for career growth and professional development.
