WHAT'LL BE DOING
You attract top-tier talent, especially for tech roles, by owning the entire hiring journey. From crafting job ads that speak to the right candidates to actively sourcing, guiding them through a great candidate experience, sparring with hiring managers, and closing contracts — you make it all happen
You bring strategic talent insights to the table, partnering with the Executive and Leadership Team to anticipate future skill needs, shape organizational design, and develop forward-looking hiring strategies that support long-term growth
You elevate our Employer Brand through bold, creative initiatives that resonate with top talent — leading campaigns, events, and messaging that strengthen our EVP and position DataGuard as an employer of choice
You partner closely with our People Partners to stay aligned on hiring needs and team dynamics across departments, driving process adherence between Talent Acquisition and People Operations to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience
You use automation and AI to speed up hiring and boost efficiency, creating a smooth, consistent process for both candidates and hiring teams

Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally with a focus on tech, and a strong track record of hiring top talent in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Expertise in sourcing and full-cycle recruitment across both startup and corporate settings
Strategic thinker with the ability to align hiring plans with business goals and team development
Creative and data-driven approach to attracting and engaging top talent
Strong stakeholder management skills and a professional, relationship-focused mindset
Excellent command of German and strong business proficiency in English
