As a Junior HR Business Partner based in Dordrecht, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve this mission. You will be at the forefront of employee engagement, managing absence and ensuring compliance while supporting our team and management alike. Your responsibilities will include closely monitoring absence management and working alongside managers to provide timely interventions. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for employees, answering HR-related inquiries and supporting them with various personnel policies. Additionally, you’ll be the go-to person for managers, helping them translate HR key performance indicators into actionable strategies that drive performance improvements. Your ability to implement HR initiatives effectively will ensure a seamless integration of policies within our organization. We're looking for someone with a completed HBO/WO degree in Human Resource Management or a related field and 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR. Communication is key in this role – you’ll need to be able to switch comfortably between different levels of the organization and communicate in both Dutch and English.
