Functieomschrijving

Dit is wat je gaat doen:

  • Verzuimbeheer: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het monitoren en begeleiden van verzuimtrajecten. Je werkt nauw samen met leidinggevenden om hen de juiste ondersteuning te bieden en ervoor te zorgen dat het verzuimbeleid effectief wordt uitgevoerd. Je borgt de uitvoer van de Wet verbetering poortwachter door tijdige en passende interventies in te zetten, zoals het opstellen van een plan van aanpak of het uitvoeren van evaluaties samen met de leidinggevende en de arbodienst.
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers: Je beantwoordt eerste lijns vragen van medewerkers over HR-gerelateerde zaken en biedt ondersteuning bij personeelsregelingen en procedures. Je voert regelmatig gesprekken met medewerkers over uiteenlopende HR-gerelateerde onderwerpen, zoals performance, ontwikkeling, welzijn, onboarding of exitgesprekken.
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor managers: Je adviseert en ondersteunt het management op het gebied van HR-vraagstukken. Je vertaalt bijvoorbeeld de HR-KPI’s naar praktische handvatten voor leidinggevenden, zoals het opstellen van verbetertrajecten op basis van personeelsverloop of de MTO resultaten.
  • Uitvoer van HR-beleid en HR-initiatieven: Je vertaalt HR-procedures naar de praktijk en zorgt ervoor dat ze op een juiste en effectieve manier wordt geïmplementeerd in de dagelijkse praktijk binnen de organisatie. Denk hierbij bijvoorbeeld aan het inrichten van een nieuwe functiehuis of het onboarden van kennismigranten in onze organisatie. 
  • Compliance en HR-administratie: Je zorgt voor een sluitende HR-administratie, naleving van wet- en regelgeving zoals CSRD en een efficiënte inrichting van HR-systemen.

Functie-eisen

Dit ben jij

  • 40 uur per week beschikbaar.
  • Hebt een afgeronde HBO/WO-opleiding in Human Resource Management of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Hebt 2-3 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen het HR-vakgebied.
  • Bent communicatief sterk en kunt goed schakelen tussen verschillende niveaus binnen de organisatie.
  • Beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal uitstekend.
