We are looking for
MANAGER, HR DATA & SECURITY
to strengthen Metsä Group's HR team for a fixed-term contract until 31.08.2026 due to family leave. You will be part of our global HR Data and Analytics team based in Espoo, Finland and reporting to Manager, People Analytics.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to be at the center of HR processes by ensuring a stable and reliable data.
What's your role in the future Metsä?
We are looking for a person who enjoys details but also comprehends the bigger picture. You have both hands-on tasks and development responsibilities in HR data governance and HR data management model.
Main responsibilities
What kind of skills are we looking for?
We expect you to have position relevant education. Previous work experience in HR data management, Workday data, Workday security or Workday reporting is considered an advantage. You are able to work in Finnish and English.
Analytical skills and logical thinking are your main qualities. You can tolerate pressure and focus sufficiently on details. We expect you to bring your expertise to the forefront and be ready to develop, contribute and drive things forward effectively. You can communicate clearly and take responsibility of your own work. You are eager to share your expertise, but also open and willing to learn from your colleagues.
