Job Description

  • Collaborate with global UX team to design the next generation of public safety, including concept review, process evolution, and effort coordination.
  • Work closely with experienced researchers to understand user needs and conduct usability testing.
  • Leverage industry best practices and tools to create wireframes, flows, and prototypes to communicate design intent to stakeholders.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, product managers and developers, to provide successful UX solutions and a seamless, engaging app experience to users.
  • Develop detailed workflows and micro interactions for edge cases.
  • Create reusable design elements from design library.
  • Collaborate with development teams to answer queries and help understand design interactions to ensure efficient implementation.
  • Telecommuting permitted from anywhere within the U.S.

Target Base Salary Range: $105,000 - $120,900 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
