We're a fast-growing, genre-busting business engaging in industry-leading work for exceptional clients. We're a fully remote, diverse, and distributed international team of talent enthusiasts with team members in the UK, Spain, South Africa.

We're team players, not lone wolves. Because we’d be crazy not to make the most of the huge pool of talent around us. Plus it’s much more fun to work together. We use our EQ, as well as our IQ. People who ‘get’ people are so much better at their jobs, and nicer to be around. If this sounds like a team you’d like to be part of, please get in touch.

  • Cleaning and maintaining project folders in LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Tagging and organising candidate pipelines across tools
  • Helping recruiters prep projects and pipelines for outreach
  • Supporting research tasks like salary benchmarks, org charts, or TAM insights

🛠 What you’ll bring to the table;

    • You might be a recent graduate or someone looking to break into the world of talent and recruitment
    • You’re methodical & curious
    • You’ve got great attention to detail and follow-through
    • You’re comfortable working independently and asking smart questions when you’re stuck
    • You’re tech-savvy and enjoy learning new tools
  • Nice to have
    • Experience with tools like LinkedIn, Notion, Google Sheets, Slack
    • A background in research, admin, HR, or recruitment
    • Interest in startups, hiring, or talent intelligence

🎯 How we operate;

  • Fast-Paced: You’ll work across multiple roles with ambitious clients.
  • Working from home is not for everyone, give it some thought.
