Responsabilités :

  • Concevoir et diriger les priorités RH pour la région. Aligner les stratégies RH pour les relier efficacement aux priorités commerciales, maximiser les talents, minimiser les risques et optimiser la performance de l'entreprise.
  • Agir en tant que partenaire stratégique en fournissant aux dirigeants un soutien sur divers sujets liés aux affaires, en abordant et en surmontant les défis liés à la conception organisationnelle, aux réorganisations et à la gestion du changement.
  • Établir des partenariats et des relations efficaces avec les dirigeants et les employés pour résoudre des défis RH complexes.
  • Encadrez les dirigeants dans les stratégies de gestion du changement pour les initiatives majeures. Agir en tant qu'agent de changement pour maximiser les résultats tout en minimisant l'impact négatif sur l'expérience de nos employés.
  • Diriger et gérer toutes les activités de ressources humaines pour s'assurer que les bonnes personnes sont en place et prêtes à relever les défis de l'entreprise.
  • Aider les dirigeants à concevoir des opportunités de développement pour leur équipe.
  • Utiliser des perspectives basés sur les données pour fournir des analyses et des recommandations pour combler les lacunes en matière de personnes et de culture.
  • Maintenir une expertise des facteurs environnementaux influençant l'entreprise (c'est-à-dire la législation RH, les tendances des meilleures pratiques, etc.)

Compétences requises :

  • Correspondance naturelle avec les principes partagés I2CARE et ILEAD de McKesson.
  • Diplôme ou certificat en gestion d'entreprise ou en ressources humaines.

In this role, you will report to the Senior Director, HR Business Partner, Pharma Distribution & Operations, leading our people and culture priorities for multiple distribution centers in Eastern Canada. You will design and execute strategic initiatives that nurture our business objectives for the region.

You will identify human resources and organizational development opportunities, and design, develop, and deliver solutions that meet the business’ needs, in various areas such as in talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, change management.

 You’re analytically driven and always leverage data driven insights to measure your results against our objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead HR priorities for the region. Align HR strategies to effectively link to business priorities, maximize talent, minimize risk, and optimize business performance.
  • Act as a strategic partner that provides leaders with support on a variety of business-related topics, and addressing and overcoming challenges related to organizational design, reorganizations and change management.
  • Build effective partnerships and relationships with leaders and employees to solve complex HR challenges.
  • Coach leaders in change management strategies for major initiatives. Act as a change agent to maximize results while minimizing negative impact on our employee experience.
  • Lead and manage all human resources activities to ensure the right people are in place and prepared to meet the challenges of the business.
  • Assist leaders in designing development opportunities for their team.
  • Leverage data driven insights to provide analysis and recommendations to address people and culture gaps.
  • Maintain expert working knowledge of environmental factors influencing the business (i.e., HR legislation, best practices trends, etc.)
  • Lead some HR projects within your region

  • Degree or diploma in business management or Human Resources
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant HR professional experience, ideally in both a unionized and a non- unionized environments, within supply chain, logistics industry or manufacturing environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
  • Proven executive coaching and change management experience
  • Demonstrated strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Business acumen with enterprise mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong relationship building and change management capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, project management, communication, problem solving, and influence skills.
  • A demonstrated ability to form excellent working relationships with the business and within HR.
  • Collaborative, experienced with supporting stakeholders and team members in a matrixed environment. 
  • Additional key competencies include collaboration; composure; execution and follow-through.

This role is based in the Montreal region and is a hybrid position where the employee will work two days per week at our Montreal distribution center, visit the Drummondville facility monthly, travel to our Quebec site at least once per quarter and visit our Maritimes locations couple of times per years.

The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
