The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.

Job Summary:

This role is in MUFG America’s HR Technology team. In this role you will-

  • Support governance processes, Requirements analysis, Design, Testing, IT Change & Release Management processes for HR Technology team.
  • You will be collaborating with HR business teams, Information Security teams, Enterprise Architecture teams and other IT teams to deliver projects, BAU enhancements and support tickets across regions including Americas, EMEA, APAC, India and Japan.
  • Ensure process maps and documentation for HR Technology portfolio remain current, and that process changes are effectively led from a control perspective.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Interface between HR Business teams, various InfoSec, Risk, IT teams and HR Technology teams in the analysis, design, and delivery of HR solutions to meet needs of our HR business partners globally.
  • Lead collaboration with other technology, Information Security and Architecture teams to ensure systems and projects comply with prevailing Policies and Standards .
  • Creating project and resource plans that align with budget allocation and program milestones; documenting and driving underlying tasks and assignments to complete project deliverables on schedule.
  • Develop & maintain inventory of information maps, including authoritative systems, owners.
  • Lead Change/Release Management processes, MUFG project management framework for HR Technology team and influence team to ensure compliance with these.
  • Support System Manager in addressing, Issues, findings and breaks associated with supported HCM applications.
  • Prepare activity and status reports for management for all projects and BAU activities; aids in the preparation of cost / benefit analysis report, audit responses, special project reports and project implementation reports.
  • Document, own and ensure sustainability of design documents, Architectural diagrams, process flows and other system/support documentation.
  • Work independently or with minimal supervision with project teams, technology stakeholders and vendors to ensure that the design, development and implementation of applications programs and services meet business requirements as well as organization’s information security, risk, change management and other policies.
  • Build/Develop and support scripts/code using PowerApps, Rest API.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security or directly related field. But a Bachelor’s degree in other fields is acceptable.
  • 1-2 years’ experience working as a Systems Analyst or Business analyst OR IT Project Analyst/Project Lead.
  • Should have good knowledge of the system development life cycles Or Information Security/Information Risk management.
  • Experience in Microsoft 365 technologies including SharePoint Online and the Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Canvas apps)  to deliver automation capabilities using low/no-code solution.

  • Experience in retrieving, analyzing, and transforming data into useful business insights by using business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI for data visualization, data warehousing, dashboards, and reporting is a plus.

  • Experience with Rest API is a definite plus
  • Working knowledge of office productivity tools- Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge and some experience of using project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project.
  • Data analysis and reporting as it applies to day-to-day Project/Business analysis, such as – SQL, common reporting tools, Excel and other data profiling tools and techniques.
  • Experience working closely with business teams to understand requirements and design creative solutions to meet business needs
  • Experience working in a process oriented, systematic project management environment. Should have knowledge of Agile and waterfall project/product management frameworks.
  • Knowledge and preferably some experience in creating test plans and test cases and verify test results against requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, and interpersonal skills interacting with various levels of the organization. Good organization, planning, and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to accommodate multiple time zone collaboration between Americas, EMEA, APAC, India and Japan.

The typical base pay range for this role is between $79K - $92K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
