We are seeking candidates for our partner company, mohi.to, a member of the Netguru Group. Mohi.to excels in delivering cutting-edge e-commerce solutions by leveraging the Shopify platform and their extensive expertise in user experience (UX) design.

mohi.to is a over 50-person team of specialists in e-commerce, digital product design & development. On a daily basis, we help e-commerce brands, scale-ups and software houses create new digital products as well as develop existing ones.

We are currently looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team, who will help our clients take their e-commerce and digital products to a higher level. 🚀 

💚 Monthly salary ranges:

B2B: 9,000 - 13,000 PLN net + VAT

UoP: 7,000 - 11,000 PLN gross

🎯 What will you do:

    • Creating modern and user-friendly interfaces
    • Collecting data and drawing conclusions from the research phase and presenting them in a visual form
    • Preparing Lo-fi and Hi-fi mockups as well as clickable prototypes
    • Data-driven design and validation of your decisions with a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods
    • Creating texts for interfaces with a user-centric approach, consistent with brand identity and tone
    • Creating a user experience through illustrations, photography, typography and color.


🎯 What we expect from the ideal candidate:

    • You have min. 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
    • English at a communicative level min. B2
    • Knowledge of programs such as: Figma, Adobe package
    • Ability to design User Flows (diagrams and charts showing the hierarchy of content)
    • You create mock-ups and prototypes at a high level
    • You understand how to use qualitative and quantitative data in an iterative design process
    • You are able to independently prepare a complete interface design and prepare it for implementation
    • You have experience in creating and designing based on design systems

🎯 An additional advantage will be:

    • Experience in research and audits
    • You create 2D animations (e.g. in After Effects)
