As a Sales Manager leading Field Sales for the Central Region, you will lead and coach salespeople that use consultative sales skills to understand our advertisers' needs and deliver measurable solutions. You will also work with the Sales Leadership team to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations for the business. Additionally, you will help teams deliver on goals and partner directly with clients to exceed business and growth goals. You are an excellent communicator with an ability to train and motivate large teams, and you take an analytical approach to sales management.
Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities will shape how advertisers succeed and grow on our platform. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Nextdoor's advertising clients, and understand how our range of product offerings can unlock growth for their business. Working with these clients, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach millions of neighbors. You will be integral to our evolving go-to-market and product development approach, regularly feeding customer insights into our planning process and putting your stamp on what we create.

Compensation, benefits, perks, and recognition programs at Nextdoor come together to create one overall rewards package. Overall, total compensation will vary depending on your relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
The compensation range for this role includes a base salary + commission structure with a 60/40 split. Commission will vary depending on your achievement of sales-related goals and objectives. The budgeted OTE inclusive of base + commission is in the range of $250,000-$333,000 (base salary of $150,000-$200,000) on an annualized basis.
We also expect to award a meaningful equity grant for this role. With equal quarterly vesting, your first vest date will be within the first 3 months of your start date.
