This is a Hybrid position.
This role requires this BO Associate to be the local country representative for the BO HUB. This includes all collection services, collection applications & tools, vendors for the cluster by working with Onsite backoffice resources, COE and Delivery leads.
Familiarize vendors and vendor details,with different stakeholders while working on their services, their performance, payment timelines, exceptions, nuances etc. for each country under your cluster in coordination with onsite HUB resources & local Delivery lead in order to achieve seamless delivery from them. The position requires smooth execution of Offsite BO Activities and complete control over tasks as per SOPs & SLAs related to projects, performance KPIs, queries specific to DA backoffice in coordination with Onsite HUB resources / local Delivery lead/resources.
Any asset management at local country level including trouble shooting, replacement and other asset management tasks. Understand country level exceptioins, timelines, requirements etc in detail together with onsite HUB resources for future Standardization & Automation
