As our People and Culture Manager, you'll play a critical role in shaping our organizational culture and influencing our HR strategies to enhance performance and engagement. You will work closely with our Asset President and senior leadership team, driving initiatives aimed at employee development, recruitment, and workforce planning. Your responsibilities will include implementing comprehensive HR strategies that align with our business goals and ensure compliance with employment laws. We're looking for someone with at least 10 years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 5 years in management within the mining or a similar industry. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management is required, along with expertise in talent management and employee relations.
