Job Description
· Drive Operational Excellence: Spearhead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency while ensuring alignment with the company's strategic vision and objectives.
· Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and vendors, alongside internal teams to promote seamless collaboration and engagement.
· Security and Audit Oversight: Lead comprehensive financial and regulatory security and audit management processes, guaranteeing compliance, transparency, and accuracy in financial reporting and internal controls.
· Project Coordination: Direct project management efforts, optimizing workflows, timelines, and resource allocation to successfully meet operational goals.
· Global Regulatory Expertise: Provide strategic guidance on global financial regulations, remaining updated on industry trends to steer the company's compliance initiatives effectively.
· Policy Development: Formulate and uphold policies, procedures, and internal controls that foster a strong governance framework and nurture a culture of accountability and integrity.
· Sourcing and Procurement: Oversee sourcing strategies and procurement processes to ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality and compliance with regulations.
· Data-Driven Insights: Employ data visualization tools to develop insightful dashboards, analyze key performance indicators, and promote data-driven decision-making.
· Technology Optimization: Utilize a deep understanding of technological systems to enhance operational frameworks, increase automation, and drive efficiencies across the organization.
· Subsidiary Management: Lead efforts in subsidiary operations, standardizing practices across global entities to ensure consistency and efficiency.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is highly desirable.
· A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operations management or consulting, with a preference for backgrounds in international financial institutions or cryptocurrency firms.
· Proven expertise in managing both external and internal stakeholders, overseeing wallet security and audits, and successfully leading operational projects.
· In-depth knowledge of global financial regulations, policies, and procedures, with a strong focus on internal control systems.
· Experience in sourcing and procurement operations, including cross-jurisdictional regulations and compliance.
· Proficient in data visualization tools and analytical methodologies to interpret complex data and inform strategic decisions.
· Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic planning abilities, coupled with a results-driven approach to operational management.
· Familiarity with cryptocurrency industry practices and technologies is advantageous.
