Virtual Assistant (Remote)

As a Virtual Assistant in our medical group practice, you will manage incoming phone calls, assess patient needs, schedule appointments, and document call details in our EMR system. Your role is integral to ensure patients receive the attention and support they need, maintaining clear communication with both patients and healthcare providers.

To qualify for the Virtual Assistant role, a Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or business administration is preferred. Experience in a healthcare customer service role and proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems will greatly enhance your application, along with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
