At Pallon, a spin-off from ETH Zurich, we’re creating AI that automatically detects defects in sewer inspection videos and advises cities on when & how to fix them. By providing more precise, objective data, we aim to fix wastewater leaks, reduce CO2 emissions, and prevent urban flooding. Our mission is to make cities more sustainable and resilient.
In this role, you will work with the Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success teams to build outstanding products.
We're a fast growing company and the problems you will face are often challenging and diverse. As a user-obsessed Product Manager, you'll regularly engage directly with our users to deeply understand their needs. Some of the tasks you'll be working on are:
Defining and driving product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals
Conducting market research and customer interviews to guide product decisions
Analyzing product performance metrics and user feedback
Leading cross-functional teams and managing projects to ensure successful product delivery
Defining clear, measurable goals and success criteria for products
Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders to foster alignment and transparency
Implement efficient product processes to enhance team productivity
Managing and mentoring a designer and another product manager
Fluent in German and English (written and verbal)
Proven experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced tech environment
Strong background in managing software product lifecycles, from concept to launch and beyond
Exceptional ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable plans
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders
Strong analytical skills, comfortable using data to drive decisions
Ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
Familiarity with infrastructure or environmental technology
Experience working in startups or high-growth companies
Understanding or interest in AI products
