Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Has at least 1 year of experience in restoration, remediation, or related fields.
  • Exhibits strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Is a dependable self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills and empathy.
  • Wants to continuously learn and grow within the industry.
  • Is comfortable working in various environments, including residential and commercial settings.
  • Familiar with filling out tear off sheets, and entering information into Encircle (Restoration app.)
  • Familiar with insurance process.
  • IICRC Certification are a plus and we will pay training to renew your license if expired.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
  • Knowledge of restoration techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
  • Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
  • Certifications in water damage restoration or mold remediation are a plus.
  • Pay between $25-$35/HR based on experience.
