Founding Product Manager - AI Frontdesk

The Opportunity

We're growing 20% month-over-month and 10xed last year. We've built AI agents for SMBs, and now we need a founding PM to help us scale strategically.

While conventional wisdom says SMBs are challenging (low contract values, high churn), we've discovered unique growth opportunities where others weren't looking. SMBs represent half of US GDP and need AI solutions as much as enterprises do. We're making that possible.

Why This Matters

We're democratizing enterprise-grade AI for the millions of small businesses that form the backbone of the economy. Our early traction proves the model works - now we need the right product leader to help us scale.

We started with AI receptionists and quickly expanded into something far more powerful: a multi-agent system that helps SMBs acquire and retain customers. Our vision is bold: to become the SMB super app—a single, intelligent platform that manages everything for SMBs, from customer acquisition to retention.

What You'll Do

You'll work directly with our founder in NYC to shape our product strategy. Your primary focus for the first 90 days will be:

  • Optimizing our conversion funnel through systematic testing

  • Transforming our high-touch onboarding into scalable self-serve experiences

  • Conducting in-depth customer research to refine our near-term roadmap

After establishing these foundations, you'll gradually expand your impact to:

  • Guide engineering implementation with an emphasis on rapid, iterative shipping

  • Develop our product-led growth strategy

  • Identify strategic partnership opportunities

Who We Want

  • 1-3 years product management experience, with demonstrable success scaling products

  • Experience building intuitive products for non-technical users

  • Data-driven decision maker who can translate metrics into product improvements

  • Strong communicator who can align remote team members across time zones

  • Experience with SaaS products serving small/medium businesses

  • Comfortable working in-person in NYC 3 days/week, with flexibility for remote work

Bonus qualifications:

  • Experience with AI/ML products

  • Background in SMB software (companies like Square, Shopify, HubSpot)

  • Technical background that helps bridge product and engineering

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary & benefits

  • Significant equity package

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Company sponsored lunch

Our Team You'll join a team of ~8 passionate builders who are dedicated to making AI accessible for small businesses. You will be the first US hire (besides the founder), and work directly with the founder in NYC.

We're located in the NYC and backed by leading investors like Pear Ventures, who were also the first checks into Doordash and Gusto.
