The Role:


We are looking for a strategic and creative Engagement Marketing Campaign Manager for our Consumer Technology markets. You will produce campaigns for consumers and active users to drive awareness, engagement, and sales of our world famous YubiKeys. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and consumer technology (cybersecurity experience is a plus) with a proven track record of managing successful e-commerce and small-business campaigns across direct-to-consumer, partner and affiliate platforms, and marketplaces.


Tasks & Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategy to drive awareness and sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product marketing, digital marketing, content, and sales to create compelling campaigns that engage, educate and convert consumers.
  • Lead the execution of marketing campaigns from concept to launch.
  • Analyze data and trends to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Work with the Global Communications team to analyze and optimize across organic search and social, video and community channels to raise awareness and increase brand awareness.
  • Prepare and present reports to cross-functional teams and leadership on key metrics and insights.
  • Identify new opportunities and lead initiatives to enhance customer engagement and acquisition.


Basic Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in consumer technology marketing.
  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful consumer / prosumer technology marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing large budgets ($2 million+ annually) across multiple channels in multiple geographic regions.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
