We are at an exciting stage of our journey. Having successfully raised our Series B, we are looking to scale to $150M ARR in 2025.
Photoroom is a profitable, remote-friendly company headquartered in Paris with a global team of over 80 world-class deep learning, product, and marketing experts with backgrounds at the world's best companies. We are a diverse team of entrepreneurs building for entrepreneurs.
🇪🇺 We are flexible: you can work from anywhere in Europe within a 3-hour flight from Paris (HQ) and come to our office once a month (fully reimbursed) or more often. This ensures effective collaboration and supports our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint.
✈️ We offer substantial support for relocation (up to 10k€), including finding an apartment in Paris and supporting you with the visa procedure.
🛂 We currently sponsor visas for individuals relocating to France or already based here. We are unable to sponsor visas for remote positions outside of France at this time.

🇬🇧 Photoroom is an international team and we work in English. We offer language lessons for those who need them (English & French).
*We can go higher for outstanding profiles and adapt to the cost of living if it is higher than in Paris.
You will own the relationship with stakeholders across the strategic squads to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.
You will conduct in depth statistical analyses of user behavior identifying trends, missed opportunities, and areas for improvement through data - can be done using Amplitude, Jupyter notebook…
You will help the squad members design, develop and maintain self service analytics tools - be proactive in making sure everyone at Photoroom can leverage data autonomously and promote a data-driven culture within Photoroom.
You will collaborate with the product team to ensure the product analytics setup (e.g., event tracking) meets business needs and logic.
You will proactively partner with data engineers to design data models that could ease future analyses.
Support ad-hoc data requests and deep-dive analyses to answer strategic questions.
Relevant candidates usually have 5+ years proven experience as a Product Data Analyst, Data Analyst, or a similar role, ideally in the tech/e-commerce industry.
Proficiency in statistical analysis, including familiarity with hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and data interpretation to support data-driven decision-making and uncover actionable insights
Proficiency in SQL & Python, with professional experience using them at a solid level.
Solid understanding of business KPIs, particularly in revenue and growth metrics.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
