The Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and experienced Head of Agency Sales to lead and grow our agency sales function. You will play a critical role in shaping our Go-To-Market strategy and driving revenue growth by acquiring and expanding relationships with agencies ranging from the big holding companies to the Indies.


This position is based in NYC with an in-person requirement of three days per week at Qloo's HQ in the heart of Soho.


Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning & Execution:
  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for agency sales, aligning with overall company goals and market trends. 
  • Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and develop go-to-market strategies for key verticals. 
  • Foster and contribute to a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team. 

  • Sales Execution:
  • Drive revenue growth by exceeding sales quotas and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs). 
  • Lead the sales process from initial prospecting to closing deals, including:
  • Identifying and qualifying high-value leads. 
  • Developing and delivering compelling sales presentations. 
  • Negotiating and closing complex deals. 
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise accounts. 

  • Team Leadership & Development:
  • Contribute to recruiting, hiring, and onboarding top sales talent.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment that encourages professional growth and development. 

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: 
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and execute integrated go-to-market campaigns. 
  • Provide valuable input on product roadmap and pricing strategies based on customer feedback and market insights. 


Qualifications:
  •  15+ years of professional experience in Agency Sales Leadership, with a proven track record of success in selling and pitching APIs (preferably in API or Data sales) to Agencies. 
  • Deep understanding of the agency sales landscape and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles. 
  • Exceptional leadership, mentorship, and team-building skills. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers. 
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-oriented approach.

$175,000 - $195,000 a year
The range provided is the base salary. This range does not include the commission for this position, which is up to 40% of the OTE.
