Why We Have This Role
 
We are looking for a highly enthusiastic and detail-oriented intern to assist with two key projects: developing effective AI prompts for internal model training with our security questionnaires and contributing to the creation of a customer security scoring system. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in AI prompt engineering and cybersecurity within a dynamic and innovative environment.

Things You’ll Do

  • AI Prompt Engineering:
    • Research and experiment with various prompt engineering techniques to optimize the performance of our internal AI models on customer security questionnaires. 
    • Develop and refine prompts for diverse learning scenarios, including knowledge retrieval, static data usage and data analysis from multiple sources. 
    • Create and maintain a repository of effective prompts for internal use.
    • Collaborate with the AI vendor team and internal team to iterate on prompt effectiveness. 
    • Document prompt engineering methodologies and best practices.
  • Customer Security Scoring:
    • Assist in the development and refinement of a customer security scoring system based on product usage and security best practices.
    • Research and analyze relevant security standards across our product to build our scoring. 
    • Collect and organize data related to customer security configurations and activities.
    • Contribute to the development of scoring algorithms and metrics.
    • Assist in the creation of reports and dashboards to visualize security scores.
    • Work with the security team to test and validate the scoring system.
  • Other Duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume 
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cybersecurity.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.  
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
  • Basic understanding of security concepts and best practices is a plus.
  • Experience or coursework related to prompt engineering is a plus.
