Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee and optimise the day-to-day operations of our logistics, pharmacy, and customer service functions. This role is vital in ensuring smooth delivery operations, efficient pharmacy processes, and a responsive customer experience. You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate supply chain activities, resolve operational issues, and continuously drive performance improvements across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end logistics and delivery operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment.
  • Manage pharmacy processes including stock management, packing workflows, inbound/outbound goods, and space optimisation.
  • Lead and support the customer service team, ensuring high-quality and timely resolution of queries, complaints, and delivery issues.
  • Monitor and resolve packing errors, delivery failures, and any operational disruptions affecting the customer journey.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure consistent stock availability, vendor coordination, and efficient replenishment.
  • Identify and implement process improvements across logistics, pharmacy, and customer support to enhance productivity and service levels.
  • Analyse KPIs and operational data to inform decision-making and report on performance to senior leadership.
  • Ensure all health & safety, compliance, and quality standards are upheld in warehouse and delivery operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager in logistics, warehousing, pharmacy, or e-commerce (essential).
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, courier systems, and order fulfilment workflows.
  • Hands-on experience managing customer service teams and handling operational escalations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
