Foresight Risk and Insurance Services, Inc. (“Foresight”) is looking for a Vice President of Broker Relations (Central Region) with a long-standing history working with brokers and agents in Commercial Insurance. This role is all about forging relationships, the sales management of assigned brokers/producers, generating multi-million-dollar program submissions over time, and developing key relations with the territory’s agents and brokers. The role involves setting in motion sales plans and driving the necessary strategies and marketing actions needed to maximize profitable growth for Foresight in this territory.
The ideal candidate has a proven background in commercial insurance program marketing and has existing relationships with commercial brokers and agents. We are looking for a competitive professional to source brokers, open relationships, close sales and achieve sales targets. Workers’ Compensation experience is a must. This position offers a defined career path and developmental opportunities.
Responsibilities
As a fully remote company, the compensation range provided is based on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, and other business and organizational needs and is based on national averages*. At Foresight, and its subsidiaries, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $140,000 - $160,000 + bonus + equity.
