We are seeking an experienced Safety & Loss Control Director to lead strategic safety initiatives and risk reduction efforts within our Workers’ Compensation program. This role is ideal for a seasoned safety professional with a strong background in loss control, regulatory compliance, and workers' compensation claims mitigation. The ideal candidate will also have experience utilizing safety technology platforms to drive measurable improvements in workplace safety and loss performance.

As a fully remote company, the compensation range provided is based on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, and other business and organizational needs and is based on national averages*. At Foresight, and its subsidiaries, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $135,000 - $150,000 + bonus + equity.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to implement innovative safety strategies aimed at reducing workplace injuries while enhancing our Workers’ Compensation program. With 5+ years of experience in loss control, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation, you’ll be at the forefront of guiding policyholders through leveraging our bespoke safety technology platform, Safesite. You'll conduct comprehensive safety program reviews, oversee safety assessments, and collaborate with numerous stakeholders, from underwriters to policyholders. Your expertise will not only help reduce claims frequency and severity but also advocate for a strong safety culture throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety or a related field and hold a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) credential.
