QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Juris Doctorate (JD) preferred.
Experience
Ten (10) years of experience handling litigation including 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

You’ll review reports, respond to inquiries, and seek legal opinions to facilitate early resolutions. You will handle communications with various parties, including plaintiff's counsel and client representatives, and even attend mediations and trials when required. Bringing over a decade of experience, including at least five years of claims management, you will leverage your expert knowledge of insurance principles and legal procedures.
