Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 4, Food to lead our food service team at Virginia Mennonite Retirement Community (VMRC), a large continuing care retirement community located in Harrisonburg, Virginia. The General Manager will oversee the daily dining operations serving approximately 600 residents. Reporting to the District Manager, this role involves managing 4 managers and an hourly staff of approximately 60 employees. Strong communication, client relations, and team-building skills are essential.
