As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Preconstruction, Operations, and Project Management team with all aspects of our solar projects.

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in the seamless execution of our innovative solar projects. Your daily tasks will include managing project administration, such as overseeing company licenses and CRM data, processing Requests for Information, and ensuring the management of project certificates of insurance. You’ll also take the reins on solar incentive management—which includes all aspects from submission to closeout—while acting as the main point of contact for both internal and external parties involved in these applications. In collaboration with our Preconstruction and Project Management teams, you’ll help with permitting, submission of construction permits, and coordination with the design team to gather essential engineering deliverables. With a bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years of solar industry experience under your belt, you will bring your excellent communication and detail-oriented skills to assist with subcontract paperwork and manage project closeouts.
