Job Description

As part of the Business Development Team, we are looking for a Business Development Analyst to join our Team. You will play a critical role in driving our business strategy, enhancing operational efficiency, and contributing to our long-term growth. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will be at the forefront of aligning our business goals with operational excellence.’’ Develop Business Plans and Revenue Models: Support the creation of comprehensive business plans for new content and products, incorporating direct revenues, secondary revenues, and halo effects. Collaborating with the Content and Product teams, as well as the Data Office

THE CHALLENGE:

  • Develop and execute Sales strategies (incl. Business Plans & Revenue models) that align with the company’s overall business goals.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders across departments such as Product, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to drive performance.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and business performance to inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead or contribute to business initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage relationships with key internal and external partners.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for business optimization and growth opportunities.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel), Power BI is a plus
  • Proven experience in the field of financial analysis, reporting or data analytics
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence key stakeholders.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with relevant tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, ERP, data analytics platforms).
  • Hands-on ability and a real team player!
